Who are you directing your request to? Undertow doesn't participate in these forums, you are just talking to a bunch of users. If you want them to add a park, or do some other modification, you should email them directly at: support@undertowsoftware.com.

Whoa Xavier... you forgot UnderTow added a Subject where to post this information. Being here, it's just in the wrong place. The subject is in the main Board Index and called something like "Campground info, recommendations, etc" or something like that. While ratings are no longer important, any campground not currently in the database should be posted in this subject. Then UnderTow can incorporate into their next update. It has worked for me for missing campgrounds, so it should work when posted in the correct place.

This post is just in the wrong section. Hopefully a moderator will come along and move it.
